In order to remove foreign market
constraints and increase exports, Informa helps cooperators, state
regional trade groups and non-profit trade groups:

improve the quality of their United Export
Strategy (UES)
to qualify for additional funding;

improve the usefulness of long-range strategic
planning and tactical implementation;
-
evaluate programs more cost efficiently and
effectively;
-
translate evaluation findings into program
improvements and refinements; and,
-
identify new products with market potential and
new funding sources to launch initiatives.
To achieve this,
Informa offers a wide range of services:

A. |
Unified Export Strategy consultation and
assistance with UES strategic planning or Cross-Industry Strategic
Planning encouraged by FAS, actual preparation of UES and Country
Progress Reports, and UES implementation and evaluation. Guidance
includes advice regarding a range of program funding options and
cost effective evaluation methodologies; |

B. |
Market research and information that is commodity/product-based and
market-focused information systems; |

C. |
Trade policy consultation, government representation, problem resolution
and funding options for related activities; |

D. |
Conduct or manage third party evaluation contracts; |
|
E. |
Creative FAS activity concept development and
submission for funding approval targeting new markets, new products,
new funding sources that will reduce or eliminate market
constraints; |

F.
|
Assistance with regulatory
interpretation and compliance; and, |
|
G. |
Facilitation and/or training to merit approval of FAS
funding awards for Industry Specific Initiatives and Cross Industry
Strategic Planning. |
